(חי פה) _ מפקד מחוז חוף – ניצב דני לוי, חתם על צו סגירה למשך 30 ימים לבית הימורים בקריות.
במסגרת המאבק נגד הפעלת בתי ההימורים הבלתי חוקיים, שוטרי מרחב אשר מקיימים מבצעי פשיטה על מועדוני ודירות הימורים, הגרלות ומשחקים בלתי חוקיים בגזרת המרחב. במהלך צו חיפוש במקום, אותר מקום ההימורים כאשר הוא בפעילות ובמקום אותר ועוכב לתחנה מפעיל המקום. בתום חקירה פלילית, ותפיסת הציוד, והמאבק כנגד הפעלת בתי ההימורים, חתם מפקד המחוז ניצב דני לוי על צו סגירה שיפוטי למקום למשך 30 יום.
מהמשטרה נמסר: "משטרת ישראל פועלת בכל האמצעים העומדים לרשותה במאבק כנגד פעילות עבריינית של הימורים בלתי חוקיים ותגיע גם לכל אותם מקומות המוסווים כעסקים תמימים ולמעשה מנהלים במקום פעילות עבריינית עניפה של הימורים בלתי חוקיים".
