טלי ינאי, מדריכת כושר בספורטן חיפה, שוב זכתה במקום הראשון בתחרות "איש הברזל" שהתקיימה בשבוע שעבר סביב הכנרת
טלי ינאי, מדריכת כושר בספורטן חיפה, זכתה במקום הראשון בתחרות "איש הברזל" צפון שהתקיימה בשבוע שעבר סביב הכנרת.
ינאי, התחרתה במקצה שלשות ובמסגרת זו, רכבה על אופניים לאורך 90 קילמוטר, חברתה למקצה שחתה לאורך 2 ק"מ והשלישית, רצה למרחק של 21 ק"מ וקבוצתן זכתה במקום הראשון במקצה.
ינאי, אוהבת מאוד ספורט ומשלבת אותו הן כתחביב והן כמקצוע. במהלך השבוע מעבירה ינאי שיעורי כושר, אירובי, יוגה ופילאטיס ב"ספורטן" חיפה ואת שעות הפנאי מקדישה לרכיבה על אופניים ואימונים לקראת תחרויות שונות.
ינאי גילתה לנו שהיא ממתינה לתשובה האם היא התקבלה לתחרות המכביה ה-19 המתקיימת בקיץ- תחרות ספורט רב-ענפית המתקיימת מדי ארבע שנים בישראל בהשתתפות ספורטאים יהודים מרחבי העולם . אם אכן תתקבל, זהו כבוד גדול הן לספורטן והן לעיר חיפה שכן, רק מעטים מקבלים הכבוד להשתתף בתחרות זו. אנו נדאג לעדכן אתכם…
